Category: | 0 Replies

After getting started with a few select matches last weekend at the Wildey Turf, the rivalries are expected to rage on when things get into full swing in the Guardian Group Youth Tournament. With 36 games scheduled across the five age-groups, the action is expected to be heated at all five venues this Saturday.

The SOS Under-9s are stationed at the BFA's Wildey Turf and the action gets started as early as 8:30 AM. With all the matches expected to exciting, all eyes will be on the field when the Kick Start Sparks face off against Mavericks Fire in one of the first games of the day.

Over at the Barclays, the Rejuvenator Under-11's will be making that venue their home for the next few weeks. Action there kicks off at 8:30 as well with Fitts Village West Coast and United Stars Alliance, and Kick Start Kickers and Pro Shottas Spurs offering two of the higher touted matches on the day.

The Liberator Under-13 have set up shop at Blenheim and have a number of match-ups scheduled for the Ivy venue. Pro Shottas have a date with Whitehall at 9:45 in the morning on one of the fields there while the Barbados Soccer Academy Superstars have a clash with Pride of Gall Hill at the same time. Also expected to have a good clash is Paradise and the National Sports Council Blenheim Ballers.

The Praesidia Under-15 is split between Meadow Road and Parkinson Field and Mavericks Heat have Pro Shottas at 8:30 at Parkinson Field while the BSA Superstars have a game against United Stars Alliance at the same time at Meadow Road. Pinelands Academy will be sporting a home-field edge against Pride of Gall Hill at 9:45 at Parkinson Field.

The IPI Under-17 have their games at Blenheim as well and Fitts Village West Coast take on BSA Superstars at 8:30 in the morning, while the Barbados Youth Service go up against Kick Start at 10:30. Pro Shottas and Weymouth Wales have a special Under-17 game at the Wildey Turf at 4:00 PM to wrap up the day's proceedings.
