President Harris during November's CONCACAF Coaching Education Programme.
Just days after being honoured by members of the BFA Executive at the 2017 Season Awards, BFA and CFU President Randy Harris was named Male Administrator of the Year when the Barbados Olympic Association held their awards ceremony on Wednesday night.
This latest honour caps off a red-letter year for Harris as it has seen him announcing the next phase of works for the BFA headquarters, his appointment as Caribbean Football Union President and the recognition of his 40-year anniversary in the sport.
On the win, Harris said that it felt good and there were only greater things to come. “Obviously, whenever you are recognised for the work done, one tends to feel very good about it. I have worked very hard over the last seven years or so to try to ensure that the BFA is an organisation of integrity, that is serving the members and we are looking forward to some very positive things happening in the future. What I'm really trying to do is lay a foundation for the future of football in Barbados.” he said.
